If you come across any issues with our Weigh Safe towing products, please let us know. We do not cover normal wear and tear that comes with towing, but if there’s a bigger issue at hand, we would be more than happy to see what can be done to keep our customers happy. Please fill out the following form, including a photo/video of the issue and a photo of your receipt, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
