Thank you for your Weigh Safe Purchase! We hope you are satisfied with your new product. However, if you are not happy with your purchase and/or come across any issues, please reach out to us. We do warranty at a minimum of one year after purchase and would be more than happy to see what we can do for you beyond that. We don’t cover normal wear and tear that comes with towing but if there is a bigger issue at hand, we will look into the issue and see what can be done to keep our customers satisfied.
