Thank you for your Weigh Safe Purchase! We hope you are satisfied with your new product. However, if you are not happy with your purchase and/or come across any issues, please reach out to us. We ask that you thoroughly review our warranty before you request a return. See the link on this page. We do not cover normal wear and tear that comes with towing but will work hard to solve other issues that arise during or after your purchase. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

RETURNS:

To return an item for any reason, please fill out a Return Request form below:

In order to receive full warranty benefits the products must be returned in it’s originally packaged state or according to Weigh Safe product return requirements.

Once a Return Request form is filled out, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with the best solution to resolve the issue.
