Thank you for your Weigh Safe Purchase! We hope that you are satisfied with your new product. However, if you are not happy with your purchase and/or come across any issues, please reach out to us! We do not cover normal wear and tear that comes with towing but we will work hard to solve any other issues that arise during or after your purchase.

If your order is eligible for a return, please begin the return process by filling out a Product Return Request Form:
In order to receive full warranty benefits, the product must be returned in it’s originally packaged state, please see Weigh Safe product return requirements. If these packaging requirements are not followed and the product becomes damaged upon arrival at our warehouse, you may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Once a Return Request form is filled out, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with the best solution to resolve the issue.
