Orders & Shipping

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. This includes adding/removing products or changing the type of product.

If you are needing to make any changes to your order, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one. Please note that we are only able to cancel orders that have not been shipped.

To cancel a current order, please contact our customer support Team to ensure it has not been shipped and move forward with the cancellation process. Once an order is cancelled, it may take 5-10 business days to see that refund back on your account (depending on your bank).

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Orders over $48 after discounts will receive Free Standard Shipping for the Contiguous United States.

Shipping rates apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii (as shown in checkout). Orders are shipped through FedEx and USPS, Monday through Friday. Currently there are about 3-5 business days on all orders to process and ship. For Cerakote products, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the Cerakote Process before shipping.

Customers are responsible for all Expedited Shipping Costs. Expedited shipping is not available at this time due to our current High Volume of Demand and Short-Term Shipping Delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that contains the tracking number. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping to receive your order.

Weigh Safe is not responsible for any missed, delayed or rescheduled deliveries.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that lost, stolen, and damaged packages can occur when in transit to their destination. Weigh Safe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to assist you and provide a solution.

Orders that show no tracking history or tracking updates after 7 business days are considered “Lost In Transit”. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us right away. Weigh Safe will file a claim with the shipping carrier and re-ship the order out at that time.

If your order is stolen or marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please fill out a WARRANTY/RETURN REQUEST FORM and provide any information applicable to the issue. Once our Support Team submits a claim, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the claim to be processed. Our Support Team will be in contact with you along the way.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you received an order that is incorrect, please contact us or fill out a WARRANTY/RETURN REQUEST FORM and provide images so that our Support Team can quickly make things right. Please fill out this form or contact our Customer Support within 30-days of receiving the item to report the error or damage. Outside of the 30-day window we will not be able to correct the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement order at that time and provide a prepaid return label in order to return the incorrect items. Shipping costs will be covered by Weigh Safe.

DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED

If you received a product that is damaged/faulty upon arrival, please fill out a WARRANTY/RETURN REQUEST FORM and provide images so that our Support Team can solve the issue. Please fill out this form or contact our Customer Support within 30-days of receiving the item to report the error or damage. Outside of the 30-day window we will not be able to correct the issue.
