Hitch Locking Pin

Hitch Locking Pin fits all 2″, 2.5″, and 3″ receivers. The usable length of the pin portion is 3-1/2″ long (Regular) or 4-1/2″ long (Long), with a diameter of 5/8″.

Also known as a locking hitch pin or trailer hitch lock pin, this stainless steel pin secures your ball mount or hitch to your vehicle’s receiver, protecting it from theft when your trailer is unattended. It features a 2-key lock cylinder for stronger security than a standard pin-and-clip setup, and locks or unlocks with a quarter-turn of the key. An included rubber dust cap keeps the lock cylinder protected from rust and debris.

If you already own a Weigh Safe hitch or lock, this pin can be keyed alike to your existing key; you just enter your key code at checkout, or select “000” if this is your first Weigh Safe lock.

The regular pin should fit most receivers; however, if you have a truck with a 3″ receiver with a thicker material, the long hitch pin will be a better fit for you. Heavy-duty or oversized receivers, such as those used in Class V hitches or commercial towing setups, may have thicker walls that increase the total width the hitch pin needs to span. In those cases, you should use the long hitch pin (WS05-L).
